But a Chick-Fil A manager in Georgia went above and beyond according to a viral video. According to the customer, who claims that she received a new Chick-Fil a order for free after she expressed dissatisfaction about her order. It was delivered to her door.

TikToker (@JMistOfficial), is capturing the attention of millions after she posted a video about her experience with a chicken chain. She was served “nasty fries” that were so bad that she called the restaurant.

” The manager rings up, he is the kindest man in the universe, wouldn’t hurt any fly, ya’all,” she says to viewers. He asked me how my day was and what I did today. He said that he would give me a large fry and that he would prepare a fresh one. “

The customer then said that the manager asked her to “please come back” before she agreed to come back later. The manager changed his mind and asked her if her address was nearby. She then told her to stay put and that they would deliver the order right to her door.

“That’s the way you that’s how to reconcile the problem,” she assuredly said before turning to a clip of the deliveryman delivering her new order.

The video has been viewed more than 1.4 million times. Customers have left a lot of praises for the chain, with many sharing their stories about how they have used the chain in the past.

In fact, the video caught the attention of the driver who delivered J Mist’s order.

Another user thanked the driver for his service and he responded with “My pleasure.” “

The driver, Savonte, stitched the video enthusiastically, confirming that it was actually him. Talk about customer service!

Last month, a study by Piper Sandler showed that 2022’s favorite restaurant for Gen Z eaters was Chick-Fil-A, with an earlier study by QSR showing that over 88% of respondents said that the chain had “friendly service,” ranking it the highest in customer satisfaction.
